Better Halves Dinner with Chefs Zach Meloy and Zeb Stevenson
Chef Zach Meloy and Chef Zeb Stevenson have partnered up to host a collaborative dinner on April 26. Hosted at Better Half,the evening will begin with cocktails and snacks at 6:30 pm followed by a 7:00 start to dinner. Each chef will take a turn serving up the courses and the evening will conclude with celebratory truffles and cordial.
Tickets are $125 and include coursed beverage pairings, tax and tip.
Course 1: Strawberry Gazpacho, crab louie, cucumber pickle, shiso
Course 2: Broiled Bamboo: Wild Onion Hollandaise, Shaved Roots and Baby Greens
Course 3: Shrimp Chorizo, mofongo fries, whipped leche de tigre
Course 4: Dry-Aged Virginia Lamb: Sweet Peas, Pea Shoot Veloute and Sour Dumpling
Course 5: Collard “Saag Paneer”, grilled cornbread
Course 6: Shaved Coconut Ice: Violet Syrup, Spring Berries and Candied Water Chestnuts
